2021 Lexus IS: a reinvented model and prices that melt away
October 15 2020, Lexus Laval
The IS sedan gets a major makeover for 2021, which is great news for consumers. What's more, it sees its average price significantly reduced for the coming year.
Here's what you need to know about the 2021 edition of the IS sedan.
First of all, aesthetically, there's an evolution in styling. The latter was successful, so there was no need to rethink it. They've adjusted the styling, including a strip connecting the taillights, a slightly reworked grille and great new 19-inch wheels, but the spirit remains the same.
Inside, the multimedia system screen has been moved closer to the driver for easier access. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto applications, as well as Amazon Alexa, are standard. The new LSS+ 2.5 security suite is also part of the package. It offers new features, including obstacle detection (bikes, pedestrians and cars) at the start of a left turn.
And where it's even more interesting is in the price range. For all but one version, there is a price cut for the new year. To get a good grasp of all this, the following table speaks for itself.
