Well for the first time in my life I stepped foot in a Lexus dealership. I was greeted like a queen by Yannick and received some very good advice and recommendations from Mr. Gil-Silvestre Monteiro, who was really very fair and pointed to some of my concerns. I'm very happy to have been so well served and advised, because I care about the longevity of my Lexus IS 250 Also, I learned quite a few things about my vehicle's feature, which wasn't an evil one. Apart from that, the cappuccino is delicious and the whole team was really friendly, and in care. To retain customers I suggest giving customers Lexus earrings.... and this will really be at the TOP. Thank you!
